Our farm is certified organic — and not as a marketing badge. It’s how the family has always worked: respecting natural cycles, feeding the soil instead of forcing it, and refusing chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.
What organic means in our grove
Healthy soil and old trees that don’t need rescuing by chemistry. Hand harvesting that protects both the fruit and the tree. Low-water, low-energy extraction that produces less waste and a cleaner oil.
Why it shows up in the bottle
Cleaner growing means a purer oil — higher in the antioxidants that make olive oil worth eating, and free of the residues you’d rather not. Good for the grove that’s fed six generations, and good for the people we sell to.
