Recipes — Cooking with Olive Father

When the oil is this good and the pasta is made properly, you don’t need much. A few starters:

Spaghetti, oil, garlic, chili (aglio e olio)

The purest test of an olive oil. Good spaghetti, a generous pour of our EVOO, sliced garlic, a pinch of chili, parsley. Finish raw with more oil off the heat.

White beans on toast

Grilled bread, warm cannellini beans, flaky salt, and a heavy finishing drizzle of the organic flagship. Lunch that tastes like Italy.

Tomatoes, bread, oil

Ripe tomatoes, torn bread, salt, ETRURIUM Tuscan IGP. That’s the recipe. That’s it.
